Ogun Area 1 Ex-PRO Wears Assistant Comptroller of Customs Rank

 

The former Public Relations Officer (PRO) of NCS Ogun Area 1 Command, CSC Hammed Oloyede, has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Comptroller of Customs (ACC).

Oloyede, who many described as a hardworking and exemplary officer of the service, got a deserved promotion to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Customs (CSC) and was deployed to the Service Headquarters in 2023 after rendering meritorious service as the spokesman of the Area 1 Command.

Acknowledging his valued contributions, which included an exemplary relationship with the media, exposure, and deep knowledge of duties beyond interfacing with journalists in and outside Ogun State, the then-newly deployed Controller to Ogun Area 1 Command, Comptroller Godwin Otunla, called for his service, and Oloyede was redeployed back to the Area 1 Command, Idiroko, where he had been serving before bagging the new rank.

Hammed Oloyede is an Indigene of Offa, Kwara State .
