Members of the All Progressives Congress in Agege Local Government Area of Lagos State reaffirmed their support on Wednesday for the re-election bid of Hon. Jubreel Abdkareem, the member representing Agege 1 State Constituency in the Lagos House of Assembly.
The support meeting witnessed a massive turnout of party faithfuls, Arewa group, youth group, and market traders, who all maintained that Hon. Abdkareem should be allowed to go for re-election, citing his legislative acumen, performance, maturity, welfarism, and provision of the dividend of democracy to the constituents.
The youths expressed optimism that Abdkareem's continued representation would bring further development to the area. They commended his efforts in facilitating projects and providing support to the community, emphasizing that his experience and dedication make him the best candidate for the job.
Speaking at the meeting held at Ward F, Keke, scores of All Progressives Congress members and stakeholders in the Local Government emphasized that experience should not be sacrificed on the altar of mediocrity, adding that legislative duty should not be allotted to a political neophyte for whatever sentiments.
In their contributions, Mr. Musiliu Noah, and Alhaji Lateef Iroko enjoined the APC leadership to consider all the sterling qualities of the current serving House of Assembly member, Hon. Abdkareem, and his contributions to the Constituency , the Party, describing him as a grassroots politician of note whose candidacy would further cement victory for the Party in the coming 2027 elections.
" Hon Jubreel has been representing us so well at the Lagos House of Assembly. He has been providing quality representation. We are solidly behind him to continue to represent us come 2027" Mrs. Remi Oduntan stated.
