The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Ogun State, has reiterated his commitment to restoring the dignity and relevance of traditional institutions across the state.
He gave the assurance while attending the 4th Coronation Anniversary of the 14th Olowu of Owu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Prof.) Saka Adelola Matemilola, Okunato, Otileta VII. on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
Adebutu said traditional rulers are indispensable partners in governance and grassroots development, pledging that a PDP administration would accord them the respect they deserve and actively involve them in promoting peace, security, cultural preservation and community development throughout Ogun State.
Adebutu congratulated the Olowu on this remarkable milestone and pray that Almighty God grants him many more years of good health, wisdom, and a peaceful reign as he continues to lead the kingdom to greater heights.
