Following the early Monday morning defection of 27 members of the River State House of Assembly from Peoples Democratic Party to All Progressives Congress, Governor Sim Fubara has summoned executive council meeting.
Few hours ago,27 legislators loyal to Wike announced their defection from PDP to APC.
The Rivers State House of Assembly now has four PDP Members loyal to the governor.
