The Ogun State Police Command has decorated 18 newly promoted senior officers, recognizing their dedication and service. This aligns with IGP Olukayode Egbetokun's focus on professionalism and rewarding excellence.
According to the statement made available to Journalists on Wednesday by the Spokesman of the Command,DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi,the promoted officers, now Chief Supretendent of Police, expressed joy and gratitude alongside their families and colleagues. CSP Olorundare Bolanle, Divisional Traffic Officer, Agbado, led the appreciation, thanking the command.
Promoted officers include CSP Abimbola Oyeyemi (General Investigation, SCID Eleweran) and CSP Kamorudeen Olabisi (DOP, Ifo Division). The ceremony celebrated their commitment to the Force and nation.
The Commissioner of Police urged the new CSPs to justify their promotion through diligence, discipline, and professionalism, noting increased responsibility with higher rank.
He reposed confident in all the officers that they' will continue to contribute meaningfully to Ogun State's safety and security.
