Ogun @50: NRM Urges Citizens to Sustain Hope, Back Inclusive Governance

The Ogun State chapter of the National Rescue Mission (NRM) has congratulated residents of the state on the occasion of Ogun State’s 50th anniversary.

The party’s Chairman, Hon. Olujobi Fayoyin, stated this in a message to INFOLITENEWS in Abeokuta, where he called on the people to remain hopeful and committed to the ideals of unity and progress envisioned by the state’s founding fathers.

Hon. Fayoyin described the NRM as the only true opposition party in Ogun State, assuring residents that the party is prepared to offer a credible alternative anchored on justice, fairness, and inclusive governance.

According to him, Ogun State has the capacity to achieve far greater development than its present status, stressing that collective patriotism and support for the right leadership would unlock the state’s full potential.

He further urged citizens, especially those in rural areas, to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the forthcoming general elections, noting that active participation in the democratic process is key to reshaping the future of the state.
