All is set for the championship finale of the OGD at 70 Table Tennis Tournament, a sporting event organised by former Ogun State Governor and serving Senator representing Ogun East, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, as part of activities marking his 70th birthday celebration.
The final round is scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Obalofin Hall, Conference Hotel, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.
Three marquee matchups will headline the day’s competition. In the youth category, rising talents will face off in what promises to be a fiercely contested showdown. In a compelling display of resilience and athletic excellence, Paralympians will go head-to-head with Paralympic professionals. The tournament’s most anticipated clash, however, sees Veterans taking on Senator Daniel himself, in what is expected to be the centerpiece moment of the event.
