Ogun State Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Oludare Ogunjobi, has died following a brief illness, official sources confirmed on Sunday.
Ogunjobi, who served as the sector commander overseeing road safety operations across the industrial state bordering Lagos, passed away over the weekend.
The FRSC management expressed deep regret over the sudden loss, describing Ogunjobi as a dedicated officer who contributed significantly to enhancing traffic management and reducing highway casualties in the region.
Funeral arrangements and official tributes are expected to be announced by the agency and his family in the coming days.
