Meet 🇳🇬 Elizabeth Oshoba (7-0-0-4KOs), the first Nigerian female boxer to win the International Boxing Organisation (IBO) Int. and World Boxing Council (WBC) Silver female featherweight titles at the age of 24.
Elizabeth started her boxing career from the street of Sango Otta in Ogun state and won a Gold medal for Nigeria at the African Zone 3 Boxing Championships in Cameroon, 2019 All African Games Bronze medalist in Morocco and 2022 Commonwealth Silver medalist, before relocating to the UK in late 2022 to continue her boxing career.
Elizabeth Oshoba won her two major titles within two month;
• International Boxing Organization (IBO) International Title over Martina Righi on 25th November, 2023 in Swindon, England 🇬🇧.
• World Boxing Council (WBC) Silver Title over Michela Braga on January 13th, 2024 in Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰.
